Refund policy

At Country Road Textiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns that are requested, authorized, and placed in the mail within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging. They must be free of pet hair, odors, stains, alterations, or signs of wear.

Custom-sized items, pillow inserts, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return an eligible item and place a new order for their preferred item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@countryroadtextiles.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Because many of our products are made to order, cancellation or order change requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at hello@countryroadtextiles.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Country Road Textiles is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. We are happy to assist with filing a claim with the carrier when possible.
